William Wallach has spent over 25 in the fields of technical consulting and sales management, most recently with ILC Dover, LP, a provider of engineered softgoods solutions for critical applications in the defense, aerospace and pharmaceutical markets.ww

William first served as VP of Sales and Marketing for ILC Dover, and later became Chief Executive Officer of the company. While at ILC he led the organization through a significant culture change process to allow the company to transition from being a supplier of products and services to the Government to a company that can meet the needs of the industrial marketplace. He led the development of new products to serve the pharmaceutical industry and this resulted in tremendous growth through the effective development and management of a global sales and distribution network. He came to ILC Dover after 17 years with Nalco Chemical Company where he held several positions in technical consulting and sales management with extensive experience in the introduction of new technology for water resource management.

Mr. Wallach received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of, ISPE, PHARMA, and is on the board of directors for, ILC Dover, First State Innovation as well as a member of the Wesley College Corporate Leaders Council.
