Jim Collier is a veteran sales and management executive. He brings a unique set of skills to the company. He understands the needs of today’s modern sales force and his experience in the executive suite allows him to see the impact that sales efforts have on a company as a whole.

Jim is especially talented in Analytics. His extensive operations experience helps him identify and focus on issues that might otherwise go unnoticed. Jim takes a scientific approach to problem solving: Question, Research, Hypothesize, Test, Analyze and Communicate. This approach yields answers as well as creates a framework that can be applied to administer beneficial change.

Before joining Sales Effectiveness, Inc., Jim was a senior sales and operations executive with a variety of organizations in the capital foodservice equipment industry.

Jim and his wife Jennifer live in the Greenville, South Carolina area with their two children.
