Dwayne Kasper, a member of our performance improvement team, has more than 30 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in North America and Europe, with national and global responsibility. His areas of expertise include:

- Strategic planning and organizational change
- Profitable revenue and demand generation
Prior to joining Sales Effectiveness Inc., Dwayne was Vice President Sales Operations and Strategy at RentPath, Inc., responsible for implementing sales process, systems and metrics critical to client acquisition, revenue growth and business transformation. Over his career, Dwayne has held Director, CMO, EVP and Worldwide GM roles leading business development, marketing, sales and commercial functions for organizations ranging from $10 million to $1.5 billion in annual revenue. His past work experience includes Intermec Technologies Corporation (a Honeywell Company), Pitney Bowes, NCP Solutions, Payformance Corporation, DST Output, TNT Post Group and Avis.
Dwayne has worked in public, private equity and venture capital environments. He has had regular interaction at BOD level, often responsible for presentation of data / materials used for executive review and subsequent decisions pertaining to human and financial resource planning, capital investment, acquisition and divestiture.
Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in New York, with a major in Marketing. He and his wife Beth live in Roswell, GA, having previously resided in The Netherlands, United Kingdom and the Washington DC metro area.
