A “Skill Huddle” is a dedicated time, typically 45 minutes to an hour, where your managers implement weekly or monthly learning huddles to anchor the skills learned in an in-person, facilitator-led workshop.
Virtual iLT stands for Virtual, Instructor-Led Training. They are typically 2-hour sessions held at designated times, often over a 2-3-week period. Participants learn core concepts by experiencing short 15-minute learning bursts prior to each Virtual Session.
